The Memjet Refill Program provides high-quality cartridge refill options, through qualified partners, for Memjet-based devices.

The Vision

Our vision is that every home and office printing cartridge filled with Memjet ink can be easily refilled:

• locally - where customers purchase cartridges today
• at a discount
• with real Memjet ink
• for the life of the product

We will be implementing this vision aggressively but in stages.  For example, expansion to local refilling options will be paced with the growth of the business and corresponding demand for ink supplies.

The Benefit

• Memjet Refill provides a significant economic benefit to customers in the form of lower cost of consumables and industry-leading printer running costs.
• By using real Memjet ink and qualified refill processes, we preserve the quality of the printing system and the printed output.
• Finally, we provide breakthrough environmental benefits by reducing landfill waste associated with thrown-away cartridges and reducing the carbon footprint associated with printing by reducing the need for manufacturing and distributing new cartridges.

Why?

The biggest objection to printing in color is the cost of printing. By offering new cost-effective supplies alternatives, we believe we can deliver industry-leading running costs to customers while improving our environmental footprint. This idea is long overdue and simply the right thing to do.

What's Next?

We are diligently working with OEM brands and business partners on refillable cartridge designs, refilling processes and equipment, and strategies that will make this vision a reality for customers who buy Memjet-based devices.
